After a heavy storm I noticed a brown water ring spreading across my hallway ceiling, and I needed a Roofer who wouldn’t just slap shingles over the problem. The team from this roofing company actually went up into the attic with a flashlight and showed me where the flashing had pulled away from the vent pipe, which explained why the leak only showed up during wind-driven rain. They took photos, replaced the damaged decking, and resealed everything the same day instead of pushing it off, and I remember one of their crew members double-checking the shingle alignment before climbing down. We’ve had two solid downpours since, and the ceiling has stayed completely dry, which is a huge relief.
